Overview In this role, you’ll lead Symrise’s enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) efforts to ensure reliable, well-governed data across the organization. You’ll partner with business and tech teams to align MDM with enterprise data and AI governance standards, driving quality, consolidation, and access. You’ll shape governance maturity and promote adoption of standards to enable data-driven decision making.

This position sits in the Barcelona Data & AI Hub and offers impact across a general, cross-functional landscape.

Qualifications

Experience in Master Data Management, data governance, or related data disciplines

Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and data quality principles

Experience leading cross-functional programs or enterprise initiatives

Knowledge of master data processes, controls, and lifecycle management

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience working across business and technology teams

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

Passion for data-driven transformation and continuous improvement

Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
