About the role We are looking for a Senior Packaging and Print Designer with strong technical expertise and a sharp eye for detail. This role combines high-level design thinking with deep knowledge of print production and packaging systems.
You will play a key role in developing visually compelling packaging solutions aligned with brand strategy, while ensuring technical accuracy across materials, formats, and production processes. The ideal candidate is both creative and highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively across teams.
Key responsibilities
Design and develop visual materials that align with each brand’s identity, ensuring aesthetic consistency, visual impact, and international relevance.
Supervise and mentor members of the design team, maintaining high creative and production standards throughout every project stage.
Create visual assets for Retail (POS), Print, Packaging, and OOH (Out of Home) channels.
Provide strong visual direction for campaigns and key brand touchpoints, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and values.
Research and identify emerging design and packaging trends to keep our brands visually innovative and competitive.
Bring fresh, bold ideas that challenge convention and expand creative boundaries, always staying true to the brand’s purpose.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of execution.
Contribute to a positive, inspiring, and collaborative team culture built on curiosity and continuous learning.
Requirements
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
Strong knowledge of printing techniques (offset, flexography, gravure, and digital) with solid technical judgment
Expertise in color management (CMYK, Pantone, ICC profiles)
Solid understanding of prepress and artwork preparation processes
Experience working with packaging structures, die-lines, layouts, and keylines
Proven experience across different materials and substrates
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to work independently with a high level of autonomy
Strong problem-solving skills, especially in technical contexts
Clear and effective communication skills with both clients and internal teams
Experience mentoring or leading junior designers
Languages
Proficiency in English is mandatory
Any other languages are a plus.
