For one of our main clients located in Madrid, Omnitel is looking for a Senior Paid Media Specialist with broad expertise across paid media channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing integrated campaigns across digital platforms, including

CTV, Social, Display, and Video . The adecuado candidate will have strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of managing large-scale media campaigns that drive brand growth and business impact.

- Type of contract: Indefinite
- Hours: 09:00h - 18: 00h (40 hours)
- Location: Madrid- Spain Hybrid
- Annual Gross Salary: 35K-37K
- Start Date: Immediate

Responsibilities :

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns.
- Manage media budgets to maximize result.
- Act as a key client contact, providing strategic recommendations and campaign insights.
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance, identifying optimization opportunities.




- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful campaign delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platforms, and media innovations.

Requirements :

- 3+ years of experience in a media agency.
- Strong hands-on expertise in digital paid media (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic).
- Proven experience in client services and direct client management.
- Versatile profile with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
