Senior Paid Media Specialist – Barcelona, CT, ES (Full‑time, on site). Join LEWIS Global Communications to drive paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement and manage paid media campaigns on platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Eurostaffs Ads and others.

Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.

Optimize campaigns to improve performance, increase ROI and reduce CPA.

Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad copy and creative assets.

Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

Manage budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered within allocated spend.

Recommend new opportunities and strategies to enhance campaign outcomes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing paid media campaigns.

Proficiency with paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Eurostaffs Campaign Manager, etc.

Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics.





Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Google Ads certification or other relevant platform certifications is a plus.
