Partnership Manager you will be responsible for creating and growing relationships with top brands in order to bring value in At‑Home Sampling, Market Research and Social‑Influencer Services. We want you to join us in developing and further strengthening our partnerships with big and small Food & Beverage brands in the Spanish market.
By working alongside our fun‑spirited and dedicated team, you will leverage your sales expertise in the Food & Beverage industry, as we strive to create strategic marketing plans and bespoke campaigns that perfectly align with our brand's requirements and objectives.
Responsibilities
Manage the full sales cycle, from sourcing new potential collaborations to managing key accounts and reporting on campaign performance.
Develop and nurture strong relationships with partners in the FMCG industry.
Identify and qualify prospects and decision‑makers in targeted companies to detect short‑, mid‑, and long‑term opportunities.
Manage your sales pipeline efficiently through Pipedrive CRM.
Upsell premium services by identifying challenges faced by prospective customers and discovering the best solutions for their business.
Provide market insights and social media advice to brands about their campaign performance.
Attend visits to food fairs, exhibitions and client meetings throughout Europe.
Develop Degusta Box's identity within the assigned market.
Work closely with the Operations team to create boxes that our B2C customers love.
Qualifications
Native‑level Spanish and professional‑level English.
Previous sales experience, ranging from Business Development to Account Management.
Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
Goal‑oriented and enthusiastic.
Strategic professional with an analytical mindset.
Organized and works well in a team.
Enjoys presenting and can express oneself face‑to‑face as well as through other mediums of communication.
Passionate about the food industry.
