Senior Rails Developer to play a key role in scaling and evolving their backend systems. This is a hands‑on role with real ownership and impact across engineering and product.

The Role As a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer, you’ll be instrumental in building and maintaining core systems that support a high‑scale, always‑on platform.

You’ll be responsible for

Developing and maintaining backend systems and internal tools

Translating business goals into scalable technical solutions

Monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving live systems (24/7 environment)

Building and enhancing CI/CD pipelines for smoother deployments

Driving improvements in architecture, performance, and scalability

Integrating and maintaining third‑party APIs

What We’re Looking For

10+ years of commercial experience with

Ruby on Rails

Experience working on high‑scale, production systems

Strong understanding of software design principles & best practices





Proven ability to think strategically and align tech with business goals

Ownership mindset with a proactive, problem‑solving approach

Experience working with large datasets and third‑party integrations

Nice to Have

Experience with

Redis, PostgreSQL, Sidekiq, Hotwire

Knowledge of mobile ad monetisation ecosystems

Strong background in unit & integration testing
