The Opportunity As a Senior SRE II, you will serve as a technical anchor for production reliability. You will design, scale, and maintain our cloud infrastructure while empowering engineering teams to ship reliable, high-performing systems at speed. What You’ll Do Day-to-Day Cloud & Infrastructure: Design, build, and maintain core AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Ia C), focusing on high availability, low latency, and capacity planning.

Embedded SRE Culture: Work closely with product teams to define SLOs/SLIs, advocate for operational best practices, and guide system architecture.

Observability & Incident Response: Troubleshoot complex issues across the entire stack, participate in on-call rotations, and drive blameless postmortems.

Developer Platform & Tooling: Build internal self-service tooling that enables developers to manage and deploy their own infrastructure safely.

Emerging Tech & AI: Explore and integrate cutting-edge practices, including supporting agentic AI workloads in production.
