Senior Specialist – ITOM (ServiceNow)

Project Scope A freelance role focused on the implementation, optimisation, and support of ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) within a large‑scale enterprise IT environment. The consultant will work closely with technical teams and key business stakeholders to enhance IT operations through ServiceNow ITOM capabilities, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB optimisation. The role will also support cloud infrastructure visibility, platform integrations, and continuous service improvement, ensuring scalable and reliable IT operations aligned with industry best practices.

Must Have Experience

- Strong experience with ServiceNow ITOM, including Discovery, Service Mapping,



Event Management, and CMDB
- Experience configuring and managing MID Servers
- Knowledge of JavaScript, REST, and SOAP integrations
- Experience working with Azure cloud environments
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
- Experience integrating monitoring tools such as SolarWinds and/or Dynatrace
- English (C1+ or above)
