Responsibilities

Own Product Finance end to end and be the senior Finance voice in product planning forums.

Own the financial model and forecast for core product areas, and stress-test ROI assumptions under different investment scenarios.

Own how we measure product investment returns, translating experiment lift and cohort data into validated, annualized revenue impact.

Maintain a financial view of the full product investment portfolio and lead the Product workstream in AOP and LRP.

Build the financial thesis and models for high upside, high uncertainty bets like non-language subjects and AI-assisted learning, and define when to scale, hold, or pull back.

Be product leadership's trusted Finance partner, and own the materials that bring CPO and CFO reviews clear, action-oriented narratives.

Dig into how product changes move CAC, LTV, and retention, and use AI tools to move faster than a traditional FP&A; build allows.

Requirements

8+ years in product analytics, product finance, or a closely adjacent FP&A; role.





Experience at a high-growth B2C or marketplace business.

Deep experience in product impact measurement: experiment analysis, lift quantification, cohort analysis, and translating product metrics into financial outcomes.

Familiarity with experimentation methodologies and their limitations for financial planning purposes.

Ability to build financial frameworks in ambiguous areas where data is limited and the business model is still developing.

Strong financial modeling skills, with demonstrated ability to build models from scratch in ambiguous or early-stage contexts.

Ability to build investment frameworks and achieve alignment with senior business partners.

Demonstrated success using AI tools to drive insights and efficiencies.

Exceptional executive-level communicator.

Comfortable in Looker or similar reporting tools; advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
