We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:

Manage the server lifecycle, including deployment, updates, and decommissioning, following standard processes and documentation.

Monitor and administer server hardware using remote management tools (iLO, iDRAC, XClarity), including reviewing alerts and logs.

Support and manage virtualization environments (VMware, Nutanix), including VM deployment, administration, and basic cluster operations (HA, DRS).

Provide technical support by troubleshooting incidents, managing vendor support cases, and performing basic root cause analysis (RCA).

Ensure adherence to basic security practices, including user access control.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, process documentation, and support basic automation and hardware maintenance activities. ? WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Years' experience: minimum 5 years in a similar role

Experience working with servers remotely (ILO, iDRAC, XClarity, etc.)

Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Nutanix)

Strong knowledge of Linux and/or Windows server environments

Basic understanding of physical server infrastructure (rack-mounted systems, components)

Ability to perform hardware validation and basic troubleshooting
