Your Role and Responsibilities The Service Contract Manager is responsible for the development, negotiation, implementation, and ongoing management of service contracts with clients and vendors. This role ensures that contractual obligations are met, service levels are achieved, and business objectives are supported through effective contract governance and stakeholder collaboration.

Ensure compliance with contractual terms, conditions, and applicable regulations.

Monitor service delivery against agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Act as the primary point of contact for contract‑related matters with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies related to contract performance and delivery.

Coordinate with legal, procurement, finance, and operational teams to ensure alignment and compliance.

Qualifications for the Role Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in contract management within the renewable energy sector (wind, solar, or similar).

Strong technical understanding of renewable energy systems, maintenance strategies,



and asset management.

Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills in international environments.

Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
