In this role you design and develop high-fidelity computer-based models of material-handling systems and run experiments to refine control strategies. You will support solution standardization and contribute to fast, lean offer preparation and efficient project execution. You’ll work within the Simulation Team to translate simulation outcomes into actionable portfolio improvements, collaborating across global teams.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
Develop and deploy standard high-fidelity simulation models for existing and new technologies
Create sizing tools for solution components
Design, test, and document control strategies and high-level business logic
Provide multidisciplinary support to Ru0026D, Solution Development, and Project Execution teams
Lead internal or external Simulation resources as needed
Communicate simulation outcomes clearly to stakeholders
Ensure simulations align with Dematic's product portfolio and proprietary technologies
Prepare and present simulation results to customers and partners
Contribute to continuous improvement of models and tools
Responsabilidades
Proficient with Siemens Plant Simulation
Programming skills in Python, Java, C, or C#
Experience with automated testing and Git
Strong communication skills in English
Leadership experience in project teams
Willingness to collaborate on joint modeling efforts
Several years of simulation project execution experience
Experience with requirements gathering and developing simulation specifications
High-fidelity model development using Plant Simulation
Familiarity with design of experiments and result presentation
