We are looking for a

Senior SoC Top Design and Integration Engineer to join a highly skilled team developing next-generation AI hardware.

What you’ll do

Design and integrate SoC Top architectures for high-performance AI processors.

Define and implement clock and reset strategies for complex SoC systems.

Work with power envelope and power domain definitions to ensure efficient chip operation.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on

RTL design ,

verification , and validation .

Manage timing analysis and define timing constraints to meet performance targets.

Participate in top‑level and block‑level testing to ensure functionality and quality.

Contribute to continuous improvement of SoC design methodologies and tools.

Requirements





Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.

8+ years of industrial experience in SoC design and integration.

Proven experience with

Clock and

Reset strategy and distribution.

Strong understanding of

Top Level

SoC design and power domain architecture.

Proficiency in

RTL design using

Verilog or

VHDL .

Knowledge of scripting languages

(Python, Perl, Bash, TCL).

Experience with timing analysis ,

timing constraints , and basic block‑level testing .

Solid knowledge of

SoC design, verification, and validation methodologies.

Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

English level: B2

or higher .

Permanent, full-time onsite role in

Barcelona, Spain .

Versátil working hours

(9–6, Monday to Friday).
