Responsibilities

Collaborate with quality, security, and product specialists to ensure exceptional software design, delivery, and quality.

Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions.

Work in an engineering team with product owners, using agile methodologies.

Deploy software in production and provide operational support.

Code from the ground up in an inclusive, international environment.

Promote an end-to-end DevOps philosophy across the entire SDLC.

Follow best practices throughout the SDLC: design, coding, testing, operations, monitoring, etc.

Give and receive constructive feedback through code reviews.

Contribute to continuous improvement, suggesting and implementing enhancements to optimize the SDLC.





Direct AI coding agents as part of everyday delivery, reviewing output, and owning quality, security, and design.

Qualifications

Demonstrable back-end skills (e.g., multithreading, OOP) and/or strong front-end skills.

Willingness to learn and work in a T-shaped role.

Experience crafting, creating, evaluating, rolling out, fortifying, maintaining, and evolving software solutions.

Understanding of data modelling, architecture, and other systems.

Agile approach to development and knowledge of lean and agile methodologies.

CI/CD mindset and familiarity with CI/CD tools.

Collaborative, respectful attitude and strong communication with stakeholders.

Curiosity to learn new languages/frameworks and willingness to experiment.

Pursuit of quality through comprehensive unit and integration tests.

Familiarity with AI-generated code and ability to assess it appropriately.
