More than a job: a mission We’re looking for a Software V&V; Team Leader to drive verification, validation and testing activities across complex signalling and software programs. This is high-impact engineering – ensuring safety, quality, and reliability in critical rail infrastructure. Your role, your impact - Define and deploy the Program Verification & Validation strategy and plan - Lead verification, integration and test activities across software, product and system levels - Drive the transition from manual to automated testing (Cucumber, JMeter, Postman, TestComplete) - Coordinate cross-functional teams (Security Signalling, Product Architecture, Development Centers) - Manage configuration, change control and requirement traceability - Oversee test execution, reporting, risks and issue management - Define and follow up test environments, test benches and analysis tools - Represent Alstom towards customers, providing visibility on V&V; progress and risks - Lead the V&V; team and manage subcontractors and work packages - Ensure independence between verification and design activities You’ll work with sharp, committed teams across engineering, system, and security domains - solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility.

What you bring - Experience in verification & validation, testing,
