Job Summary In this role, you will support the P&A; Manager by delivering reliable business insights through recurring and ad-hoc analysis and reporting. This position is highly data-driven and requires candidates with 2–3 years of daily hands‑on SQL experience. You will work extensively with SQL queries, take ownership of data investigations and collaborate with teams across Sourcing, Data & Analytics, and Project Management.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain accurate reporting to track sourcing performance.

Develop analytical models to support strategic and tactical decision-making.

Create presentations that clearly communicate findings and recommendations.

Support project initiatives with data‑driven analysis.

Use

SQL daily to extract, transform, and validate data for reporting needs.

Leverage

Tableau and

Salesforce to automate and improve reporting processes.

Ensure consistent data quality, including SQL‑based checks for accuracy.

Coach P&P; Analysts, especially in SQL best practices and data handling.

Build strong, trust‑based relationships with internal stakeholders.

Skillset and Experience Required

2–3 years of daily,



practical SQL experience — this is essential for the role.

Ability to write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries independently.

Strong analytical and data‑modeling skills.

Proven experience in reporting and performance tracking within sourcing or other data‑heavy environments.

Proficiency with
