Manager, Devices Integral Logistics (DGL)

Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute complex, cross‑functional initiatives across Transportation, Business Intelligence, Operations, and Finance to ensure alignment among stakeholders.
Partner with supply‑chain experts within DGL to drive, support, and influence strategic initiatives that enable K‑Flex to scale globally.
Collaborate with 3PL operation field leaders to identify and implement innovative technology solutions and scale operational productivity.
Analyze operational barriers systematically, focusing on root‑cause identification and financial impact drivers.
Work closely with cross‑functional teams and 3PL partners to proactively identify and remove daily operational obstacles.
Drive operational consistency through network‑wide process standardization initiatives.
Evaluate global warehouse topology and facility design to optimize network efficiency.
Conduct business reviews with Senior Leadership, presenting insights, risks, and recommendations.
Travel regularly to support operations and stakeholder engagement.
A Day in the Life In this role, you will manage complex cross‑functional projects that span multiple organizations and geographies, collaborating closely with 3PL partners, supply‑chain experts, and internal stakeholders. You will regularly communicate with senior leadership, presenting project status updates, identifying risks, and recommending process improvements that drive network‑wide impact.
About the Team
K‑Flex Operations within Device Global Logistics drives fulfillment excellence for Amazon’s digital devices products in a rapidly scaling business environment. The team expands system capabilities to meet evolving operational demands while championing continuous improvement initiatives across the company.
Basic Qualifications
Experience working with large, complex data sets.
Experience communicating results to senior leadership.
Experience with operations/supply chain.
Experience in third‑party vendor/research partner management and contract negotiation.
Experience leading large, cross‑functional projects.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of statistics or other analytical techniques.
Experience with SQL.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, formulae, and data visualization.
