The Challenge We are looking for an experienced Billing Analyst to address billing and collection issues with a customer‑centric approach efficiently. This role is crucial in creating the best billing experience for OneTrust customers while identifying and driving A/R process improvements. The idóneo candidate will be a subject matter expert in their function and a highly effective communicator who is organized, efficient, forward‑thinking, and able to work autonomously.

Your Mission

Process customer billings (recurring, one-time, and professional services) and verify invoice accuracy, completeness, and timelines.

Review and respond to inquiries promptly to meet SLAs.

Research and resolve customer inquiries related to billing disputes,



ensuring timely escalation to the appropriate parties.

Perform miscellaneous duties and ad hoc projects as assigned.

You Are

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in billing and accounts receivable.

Experience with Salesforce, including CPQ and associated systems, and Workday Financials is highly appreciated.

Experienced in a subscription‑based business preferred.

Skilled in customer/vendor portal management/vendor registration.

Someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, intellectually stimulating environment, is well‑organized, and is able to prioritize tasks based on their importance to the business.

Experience with the cash application process.
