What Are We Looking For?

Solid depth in both backend and frontend software engineering.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Shipment of real products to production, not just prototypes.

Strong understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, and system design.

Recognized as a technical and cultural leader, holding the bar high.

Pushback on processes that do not serve the team, from hiring to deployment.

Drive adoption of new abstractions and ensure they are usable.

Built real AI‑powered systems or workflows, not just tinkered with them.

Shipped tangible impact, whether at work or on the side.

Lead key technical decisions and create foundational work used across the company.

Communicates clearly in English; Spanish is a plus.

What You’ll Be Doing

Define how we build AI at scale and shape design, build, evaluate and run AI‑native product experiences.

Lead spec‑driven development, driving clear expectations before shipping.

Build reusable AI foundations to prevent patchwork experiments.

Design and evolve modular, reusable AI skills that automate real workflows.





Establish robust evaluation frameworks for trustworthiness and reliability.

Shape retrieval‑augmented generation strategies that balance probabilistic models with deterministic truth.

Architect human‑in‑the‑loop and agentic workflows combining LLMs, rules, and oversight.

Own systems end‑to‑end, from problem discovery to long‑term maintenance.

Stay connected to customers for context‑driven decisions.

Partner with Product, Design, and Leadership to weave AI into the product roadmap.

Raise the bar across the company through mentoring, hiring, and practice improvement.

How We Work We follow an office‑first, flexible schedule: on‑site several days a week for collaboration, with remote work allowed when it makes sense for focus or personal needs. Barcelona or Madrid office is available.
