We’re looking for Staff Engineers who want to lead the shift of integrating AI into business management software, from a core part of how people work to real-world decision‑making.

Responsibilities

Define how we build AI at scale, shaping engineering practices and guiding product design.

Lead spec‑driven development for AI, establishing clear behavior, constraints, and success criteria before building.

Build reusable AI foundations and shared capabilities that scale securely and are easy to govern.

Design and evolve modular, reusable AI “skills” that automate workflows and maintain traceability.

Establish robust evaluation frameworks, combining automated and human‑in‑the‑loop checks for quality, safety, and reliability.

Shape retrieval‑augmented generation strategies, balancing probabilistic models with deterministic sources of truth while maintaining compliance.

Architect human‑in‑the‑loop and agentic workflows that keep humans in control of critical decisions.

Own systems end‑to‑end, from problem definition to production rollout and long‑term maintenance.

Keep close contact with customers to gather context and feed back into product decisions.

Collaborate with Product, Design, and Leadership to weave AI into the product roadmap.

Raise the engineering bar across the company by mentoring, hiring, and advocating better practices.





Qualifications

Deep experience in both backend and frontend software engineering.

Proficient with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Track record of shipping production‑ready products, not just prototypes.

Strong understanding of APIs, cloud architecture, and system design.

Recognized as a technical and cultural leader who sets high standards.

Willing to challenge processes that do not serve the team.

Advocate new abstractions and ensure others can effectively use them.

Experience building real AI‑powered systems or workflows.

Demonstrated impact of delivered features on business or side projects.

Experience leading key technical decisions and shaping architecture.

Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
