Logistics aims to build a world-class last mile operation and to deliver orders quickly, accurately, and cost-effectively. To drive process excellence within our Last Mile Delivery business, we are seeking a Station PEx Manager who will drive process standardization on site and act as the link between station management and the PEx team. The PEx Manager will contribute to optimizing delivery station operations and provide the station with knowledge and tools to improve performance. The goal is to solve complex problems with simple, practical solutions by developing deep knowledge of operation processes and creating effective communication plans to provide visibility to all impacted teams.

Key responsibilities

- Serve as the primary contact for station management regarding process improvements and benchmarking, support effective change processes, and contribute to network standardization through best-practice sharing.

- Monitor logistics and delivery performance using on-site and on-road indicators; establish action plans and execute them to drive performance toward benchmark rates.

- Act as a key driver for successful order execution to positively influence customer satisfaction.

- Contribute to audit initiatives and support results-driven action planning.

- Support deployment of Process Standard implementations and upgrades within the delivery station, partnering with station management and multiple stakeholders.





- Support development and continuous piloting of process improvements and ongoing benchmarking initiatives.

- Ensure station management understands benchmark rates and is trained in technical configurations to drive accurate reporting and productivity gains.

- During peak times, lead day-to-day management of a Delivery Station, providing leadership to Operations Supervisors, Operations Assistants, and Delivery Service Providers, and managing external agency relationships and performance.

Where you will work

This role will be based in the delivery station. You should be willing to work non-traditional shift patterns, including nights.

Additional responsibilities

- Plan and implement continuous improvement initiatives to innovate the driver experience and improve process efficiency. - Audit processes for compliance and close any gaps. - Analyze feedback and use data to own and implement site-level process improvements. - Collaborate with station management and other stakeholders to identify and solve process-related issues.

A day in the life

As a Process Improvement Manager, you will drive safety, productivity, and quality by observing and auditing processes to identify improvements, and by recommending changes and implementing new processes using project management and stakeholder management skills. You will be based at one site and may conduct analysis at other local or national sites,



sharing best practices within the EU network. You will use data to drive improvements and help grow our shipping capabilities.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Math, Engineering, Science or Business - Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading) - Fluent in Spanish (speaking, writing, reading) - Experience in a supply chain, transportation, project management, or management consulting role - Experience managing projects - Experience using Excel and data analysis - Experience working with stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience in process improvement - Knowledge of analytic tools - Knowledge of database systems and SQL
