Key job responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for station management on process improvements and benchmarking.

During peak periods, manage day‑to‑day operations of the Delivery Station, leading Supervisors, Assistants and Delivery Service Providers.

Maintain relationships with external agencies and monitor performance.

Plan and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance driver experience and operational efficiency.

Audit processes for compliance, analyze feedback, and use data to own and implement site‑level process improvements.

Collaborate with station management and stakeholders to identify and solve process‑related issues.

Basic qualifications

Strong stakeholder management skills.

Preferred qualifications

Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements.

Experience in process improvement methodologies.

Knowledge of analytic tools and database systems, including SQL.
