Store Manager to join our expansion. You will lead our team at our beautiful boutique destination in Marbella, Spain. Additionally, you will bring our colorful collections to life.

: Store Manager Your Mission: Cultivating Brand Culture & Driving Vibrant Sales Your primary goal involves taking total ownership of our Marbella boutique operations. Therefore, you will maximize revenue growth and deliver an enchanting client experience.

To achieve this, you will leverage modern retail systems. In addition, you will execute strategic visual layouts and champion employee training pipelines. By doing so, you will directly minimize administrative inefficiencies.

Consequently, you will optimize floor traffic and elevate the unique FARM Rio culture on the Mediterranean coast.

Key Responsibilities

Boutique Leadership

Supervise and streamline daily store workflows. Specifically, you will oversee floor aesthetics and back-of-house inventory systems.

Team Motivation

Lead, inspire, and develop store employees. Moreover, you will root your approach in compassion and understanding while maintaining a sharp focus on sales targets.

Commercial Drive

Apply strong sales methodologies daily. As a result, you will maximize local store performance indicators and easily surpass financial metrics.

Employee Training

Take charge of onboarding and continuous professional development. In this way, you will align the team’s styling skills with authentic brand storytelling.





Product Ambassadorship

Share branding and deep product craftsmanship insights. Consequently, you will keep both your staff and customers completely energized.

Systems Management

Utilize boutique software platforms daily. For example, you will manage Shopify, RLM, and MS Office to keep reporting accurate and audit-ready.
