Store Manager – London, Covent Garden (Long Acre) Lead daily store operations, drive sales performance, cultivate brand image, and guide team development.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategy, align with targets and peak season demands.

Deliver outstanding customer experience, advise on purchases, resolve issues.

Coordinate schedules, brief teams, analyze KPIs and implement action plans.

Manage inventory, restocking and visual merchandising, ensure policy compliance.

Key Qualifications

Minimum 3 years managing a fashion or premium brand store.

Training in fashion, business administration, or similar is advantageous.

High level of conversational English; ability to engage local and general customers.





Passion for product, trend awareness, results‑driven, proactive, organized, analytical.

Strong leadership and communication skills, team spirit, detail orientation.

Valid UK work permit.
