Septeo is seeking an M&A; Manager to originate and execute acquisition opportunities aligned with its growth strategy in an LBO environment. You will work with Division and Business Unit Leaders and report to the Board to drive value‑accretive transactions.
Responsibilities include identifying targets across Spain, Portugal, LATAM, and Europe; leading NDA, LOI, due diligence, SPA processes; coordinating internal and external advisers; and presenting recommendations to the Board.
