About the role You'll oversee the day‑to‑day warehouse operation while developing your leadership skills and building a high‑performing team.
Responsibilities include
Leading and developing a warehouse team
Coordinating inbound and outbound operations
Managing inventory accuracy and stock control
Driving warehouse productivity and performanceMaintaining high safety and quality standards
Ensuring orders are dispatched accurately and on time
Creating a positive and engaged team culture
About you We're looking for someone who has:
Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader or Senior Storeperson
Strong leadership skills and a desire to progress into management
Warehouse operations experience across receiving, dispatch and inventory
Excellent communication and organisational skills A hands‑on leadership style
Forklift Licence (LF) highly regarded
