Supply Chain Business Analyst – POS.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Solid experience in Supply Chain and Retail processes within ERP and POS environments, ideally in large-scale or global retail organisations

Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), particularly in a Supply Chain Management and retail context

Proven track record working in Agile / DevOps environments, applying design thinking and incremental delivery approaches

Strong functional understanding of retail supply chain flows, including store operations, stock management, and product lifecycle management

Experience with system integrations across POS, ERP, and logistics platforms, with the ability to read solution designs, flows, and API concepts

Proficiency with delivery and reporting tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps (ADO)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of the organisation

Act as a key liaison between IT and Business teams, translating business strategies, needs, and opportunities into clear user stories, epics, and functional specifications

Support and collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, and Tech Leads to refine and deliver the strategic vision of POS implementation programmes

Lead and support rollout phases, including market deployment, data readiness, User Acceptance Testing (UAT),



and go‑live activities across multiple markets

Conduct detailed analysis, documentation, testing, and validation of POS and retail system functionalities, process flows, and technical specifications

Design business scenarios and use cases for product assortment, product introductions, and change management to maximise adoption and value realisation

Create and deliver comprehensive training materials for end users, deployment teams, and support organisations

Identify functional gaps, propose improvements or automation opportunities, and participate in third‑level post go‑live support activities
