Our Manufacturing Excellence team helps us improve the efficiency, quality and safety of our manufacturing operations, and our Logistics Excellence team develops new and innovative ways to distribute our products to customers.

About the Role We are looking for a Supply Planner Temporary to join the Iberia team. In this role, you will ensure product availability across the region by managing supply plans and coordinating closely with internal teams and manufacturing sites. You will play a key role in maintaining service levels, managing inventory effectively, and supporting business continuity during a critical period.

Your responsibilities





Develop and manage supply plans to ensure consistent product availability across the Iberia region

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including demand planning, customer service, logistics, and commercial, to align supply with business needs

Monitor key performance indicators such as service levels and inventory coverage, taking actions to improve performance

Identify potential supply risks or constraints and implement mitigation plans to minimise disruptions

Support product lifecycle activities, including new product launches, packaging changes, and product discontinuations

Contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes and ensure data accuracy across systems The experience we're looking for

University degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field

2+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, logistics, or operations, ideally within an FMCG environment

Working knowledge of supply chain planning processes, including S&OP; / Integrated Business Planning

Experience using ERP or planning systems (e.g., SAP or similar tools)

Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting, with good knowledge of MS Office

Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and oral)

Ability to collaborate effectively and influence cross-functional stakeholders

Good planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities The skills for success
