Supply Management Production - Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid)
Procurement is looking for new colleagues!
Responsibilities
Lead interface with internal customers and collaborate with stakeholders during the ordering phase
Interact with suppliers (remotely or on-site) and transversal departments to implement corrective actions and resolve disputes
Provide oversight of inventories and implement action plans with suppliers
Analyze delays & prioritize urgencies for emergency assembly lines and customer support, pilot short‑ and long‑term action plans (delay retrofit, missing parts, improvement of logistics flows)
Ensure availability of export control licenses (not ECCD) related to hardware deliveries
Raise risks, follow up actions, report and escalate deviations from industrial targets, identify critical work‑packages/deliverables and initiate mitigation actions in coordination with transversal functions
Manage Non‑Conformity containment (L1) related to customer protection and secondary flows
Perform defined quality inspection operations up to product delivery (including software)
Conduct operational investigations of issues in coordination with the plant, propose and perform containment actions with SO and supplier
Attest conformity of the product with the approved design (e.g., certifying staff)
Participate in improvement projects and best‑practice exchange activities
Ensure ethical & compliance work according to the Airbus Code of Conduct
Qualifications and Skills
3–4 years of experience in Procurement / Supply Chain, with AOG POs management
Knowledge of logistics and familiarity with Airbus logistics flows
Experience in the MRTT Programme or deep knowledge of Green Aircraft
Proficiency with procurement IT tools
Teamwork and adaptability feature: essential for this position

Organized & structured work approach
Advanced level in English and Spanish
