We’re hiring: ESG Reporting Specialist!

At Roca Group, we are strengthening our Sustainability team and looking for a passionate and detail‑oriented ESG Reporting Specialist to elevate our non‑financial reporting and drive continuous improvement across our ESG performance.

What you'll do

Coordinate ESG data collection across teams and geographies

Ensure high‑quality, consistent, and traceable sustainability information

Support our Sustainability Report and other non‑financial disclosures

Work with leading frameworks: ESRS, CSRD, GRI, TCFD, EU Taxonomy

Manage ESG questionnaires, client requests, and external ratings (incl. EcoVadis)

Collaborate on double materiality, dashboards, LCA/EPD projects, and ESG risk analysis

Identify opportunities to digitalize and automate reporting processes

What we're looking for

2-5 years of experience in sustainability reporting or ESG consulting

Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail





Solid knowledge of ESG standards and regulatory frameworks

Advanced Excel skills; BI tools are a plus

High level of English

Experience with CSRD/ESRS implementation or external assurance is highly valued
