Swedish-speaking Customer Service Advisor - Málaga, Spain España

Fancy trading grey skies for 300 days of sunshine a year? We're hiring Swedish-speaking Customer Service Advisors to join one of Europe's largest energy companies, based in central Málaga.

You'll be the first point of contact for Swedish customers helping with billing questions, account issues, and everything in between, via phone, chat and email.

What you'll do

Support Swedish-speaking customers across phone, chat and email

Resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy

Work alongside an international team of colleagues

Help build a customer experience people actually trust

What we're looking for

Fluent Swedish speaker

Good spoken and written English

Strong communicator,



genuinely likes solving problems

Comfortable learning new digital tools/systems

Already based in Málaga, or ready to relocate at your own cost
