About the role

Capgemini Invent is looking for a Transformation Governance, AI Portfolio and Value Realization Manager to join a strategic transformation programme focused on network and service operations. The programme combines operational transformation, intelligent automation and the implementation of AI-enabled agentic capabilities.

This role will help lead the Transformation Office, managing the portfolio of automation and AI initiatives from initial demand through prioritisation, delivery oversight and value measurement. The successful candidate will bring structure to a complex transformation, support senior decision-making and ensure that approved initiatives remain aligned with their functional objectives and expected benefits.

Key responsibilities Manage the integrated portfolio of transformation, AI and automation initiatives, ensuring clear priorities, dependencies, milestones, owners and decisions.

Capture and prioritise transformation demand based on expected value, urgency, feasibility, data readiness, risk and implementation capacity.

Prepare and coordinate the Automation Board and other transformation governance forums, providing clear, decision-oriented recommendations.

Act as the functional AI Design Authority, defining principles for agent behaviour, human-in-the-loop controls, confidence thresholds, fallback, explainability and exception management.

Oversee delivery alignment with the approved functional requirements, milestones and acceptance criteria, identifying material deviations and driving structured risk escalation and mitigation follow-up.

Define and manage the value realization framework, including baselines, target outcomes, KPIs,



measurement methodologies and benefit tracking.

Measure the results of implemented initiatives, identify value gaps and coordinate corrective or acceleration actions with operational and technology teams.

Identify and prioritise new AI and automation opportunities, including the use of AI to support service transition, knowledge transfer and daily operations.

Key skills Strong experience in transformation governance, portfolio management or complex programme delivery.

Experience managing digital, automation, data or AI initiatives.

Solid understanding of value realization, benefits management, operational KPIs and executive reporting.

Ability to translate operational needs into structured use cases, functional outcomes and implementation priorities.

Good understanding of generative AI, intelligent automation or agentic AI capabilities.

Strong analytical skills and ability to turn complex information into clear decisions.

Experience managing senior stakeholders, risks, dependencies and escalations.

Professional fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications University degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Industrial Organisation, Business Administration or a related field.

Approximately 6 to 10 years of experience in operations consulting, transformation, organisation design or service management.

Demonstrated experience designing and implementing complex operational processes.

Experience in telecommunications, network operations centres, managed services or 24x7 technology environments would be highly valued.

Knowledge of ITIL, eTOM, Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, Agile or process modelling tools would be beneficial.

Experience with generative AI, AI agents, intelligent automation, process mining or digital products would be an advantage.
