?Tech Lead Java | WMS & Intralogistics | Barcelona (Hybrid + Commissioning in Tordera)

We are currently looking for an experienced Java Tech Lead to join our team in Barcelona and play a key role in the delivery of cutting-edge Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and intralogistics solutions.

? Location

- Barcelona, Spain

- Occasional commissioning activities in Tordera (on-site)

? Your Mission

As a Java Tech Lead, you will lead the technical development and implementation of software solutions that orchestrate highly automated warehouses and distribution centers.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, customers and operational stakeholders to ensure seamless integration between software and automation systems.

?️ Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development and implementation of Java-based WMS solutions.





- Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams.

- Work closely with automation, controls and operations teams.

- Participate in the integration of software with intralogistics systems.

- Support commissioning activities and system validation on-site.

✅ Requirements

Must have:

- Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Java Engineer.

- Strong hands-on experience with Java.

- Solid experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

- Experience in intralogistics environments.

- Ability to work on-site in Barcelona and travel to Tordera for commissioning activities when required.

- Fluent English (Spanish is a plus).
