Mission Be the hands‑on technical owner who turns a client’s first use cases into working agentic solutions and leaves their engineers able to build on their own.
Required Skills
Strong solution architecture background. Solution architecture is the discipline of taking a business problem and designing the complete technical answer: decomposing it into components, deciding how data flows between them, choosing integrations with existing enterprise systems, and weighing trade‑offs (build vs. buy, performance, cost, security, maintainability) to produce a blueprint engineers can build from. This person can sit with a client, understand their landscape, and design a solution that actually fits it, rather than forcing a template.
Deep firmware and embedded engineering background. Has built and shipped firmware, and understands embedded constraints from the inside: toolchains and cross‑compilation, on‑target and hardware‑in‑the‑loop testing, board bring‑up, memory and timing limits, and how embedded release cycles work. Can design agentic solutions that fit how embedded teams actually develop, not just how application teams do.
Deep agentic solutioning: can decompose a problem into agents, workflows, knowledge, tools, and quality gates; design how context flows and how output is validated (evaluation, LLM‑as‑judge); and integrate it with the client’s systems of record. Strong in LLM application patterns (RAG, orchestration, evaluation) and capable across at least one backend stack. Understands where these patterns shift against embedded targets, from code analysis and test generation to how build and toolchain context feeds the agents.
Credible at both altitudes: can hold an architecture discussion with a client CTO and pair with a working squad on the same day. Ships reference implementations and teaches by example.
Adoption‑minded: builds the first solution as a pattern others fork and extend, and actively coaches client engineers toward self‑sufficiency rather than creating dependence.
Professional proficiency in Spanish or Catalan.
No prior AAVA experience required; will map their architecture and engineering skills onto the platform on the job.
