Technical Program Manager to oversee internal products and lead cross‑functional projects within an Ops Engineering team. Responsibilities

Oversee and drive development of internal tools and platforms to support Sales, Customer Success Management, and other departments Lead and coordinate a portfolio of transversal projects in close collaboration with Product Engineering teams Bridge internal GTM (Go‑To‑Market) teams and engineering by translating process friction into clear technical deliverables

Transform risky processes into successful internal products, leveraging rapid feedback loops from ideation to deployment Collaborate with leadership across all departments to understand internal needs and drive improvement initiatives Own project delivery, including planning, scoping, and execution of cross‑functional initiatives

Define and monitor functional KPIs, success metrics, and business impacts in collaboration with non‑engineering teams Participate in sprints, roadmaps, and retrospectives to ensure project progress in a fast‑paced environment Optimize internal operations by working closely with a dedicated software engineering team

Anticipate blockers, manage dependencies, and proactively propose solutions for timely, on‑scope delivery Provide transparent status updates, timelines,



and project reports to leadership and team members Champion best practices in technical project management to ensure quality and scalability of projects

Requirements

2–4 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Program Manager, Product Manager, or similar role in a consultancy or software startup Technical fluency and comfort conversing about APIs, integrations, and development workflows (coding skills not required) Affinity for UX with an understanding of user experience principles

Excellent communication skills; able to translate technical details into clear business updates Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset; able to identify and address problems early by engaging the right stakeholders

Nice to have

Experience with vertical SaaS or B2B SMB products Exposure to AI/ML or data‑driven product development Relevant certifications (PMP, CSM, or similar) We offer
