Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Technical PO to join us.

Your key responsibilities:

What you'll be doing as a Technical Product Owner :

- Take part to different type of meetings, workshops or any other kind of interactions in order to be accountable on both business and technical point of view within the team.
- Understand the architectural vision, context and direction and explain them to the team from both business and technical point of view taking into consideration always the product goal and mission.
- Throughout the product development phase, create and prioritize requirements (with business, functional and sometimes technical details) in the forms of Themes, Epics, Features and Stories and facilitates backlog refinement sessions.
- Make sure DOR (Definition of Ready), previously agreed with the team is met for each backlog item.
- Write clear Acceptance Criteria for both business and technical items, including Test scenarios if possible.
- Drive the planning sessions with focus on the deadlines and goals of the product and product release plan.
- Make sure the DOD for each backlog item is accomplished.
- With the Agile Coach support, you will work to transform your team into a high-performing one.
- Take part of the testing part, in some cases running technical tests, other times just validating from a functional / business perspective.
- Providing an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Re-lease/Sprint Goals.

What are we looking for? We’re currently looking for someone who:

- Has experience in backlog management
- Proven ability to define a set of requirements that pinpoint business challenges and identify technical and business changes required to address them.
- Experience in supporting/rolling out software
- A ‘go to’ person for the team when it comes to clarity and domain information
- Has Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Can work in an autonomous way and take initiative.
- Has a problem-solving mindset.
- Is a team player.
- Is a leader of our Orange Code culture, displaying a positive attitude, commitment towards our goals,



accountability, eagerness to learn and not afraid of change.
