Overview Technical Project Manager - Quantum + AI - hybrid in Barcelona / Madrid. We’re looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our AI & LLM Services team at a general leader in Quantum AI. You’ll work alongside world-class experts to deliver cutting-edge solutions for top-tier clients.

Responsibilities Lead cross-functional teams of engineers & ML specialists to deliver AI/LLM solutions.

Own the full project lifecycle: scoping, planning, execution, deployment, and delivery. Translate business needs into technical roadmaps for ML and LLM projects. Track milestones, allocate resources, and resolve risks/blockers proactively. Facilitate technical discussions and ensure scalable, high-quality AI solutions. Prepare and track KPIs, ensuring transparency for clients & leadership. Foster a culture of collaboration, best practices, and continuous improvement.





Qualifications Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, or similar. 4+ years delivering ML/data-driven software projects. 2+ years managing end-to-end engineering projects (LLM/NLP experience is a big plus). Strong technical understanding (Python, Git, Docker) and ability to discuss tradeoffs. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
