Technical Sales Manager – Central / Eastern Europe & Balkan Region (Fulltime)

As a Technical Sales Manager for Perstorp Animal Nutrition, you will be responsible for managing your designated region and driving sales growth through strong technical support and customer engagement. In a dynamic and growing B2B market, you will be part of the Sales organization, working closely with Marketing & Technology in an open, collaborative, and performance-driven environment. A key part of this role is to position Perstorp as a preferred technical partner for customers, working in close partnership to understand their challenges and identify the right solutions.

This role combines technical expertise with key account management, with a strong focus on distributors across Central/Eastern Europe and the Balkan region. You will spend most of your time technically promoting our solutions, visiting customers, and supporting distributors through training and hands-on guidance, always aiming to build long-term partnerships and create value through tailored, effective solutions.

Principal Accountabilities

Drive sales performance in the region (Central/Eastern Europe, Balkan region), achieving targets for volume, revenue, and margin

Provide high-quality technical support, training, and guidance to customers and partners

Develop and manage customer relationships to grow new business and maintain existing accounts

Support and execute commercial trials and ensure proper follow-up and data collection

Monitor market trends and share insights on competitors and opportunities





Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM data and forecasts

Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Technology, Regulatory) to align on strategy and customer needs

Represent Perstorp in the market through events, networking, and customer engagement

What do we expect from you? You hold a Master's degree (or equivalent) in Agricultural or Life Sciences and have strong experience in technical sales, research, or support within the animal nutrition or feed industry. You bring in-depth knowledge of the regional market, including its structure and key influencers.

You have a proven track record of achieving commercial results while delivering technical value to customers. You are customer-oriented, commercially driven, and capable of building strong relationships both internally and externally.
