Systems Operations Manager – European Operations
Manage and lead a highly talented team responsible for critical business systems, including servers and other infrastructure, across the European region.
Coordinate with Infrastructure operations teams and third‑party vendors to ensure reliable service delivery and system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of critical IT systems.
- Ensure alignment with IT service delivery frameworks, governance, and best practices.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing technical teams.
- Hands‑on knowledge of IT service delivery frameworks, processes, systems, and relevant governance frameworks.
Salary: €71,000 – €80,000 plus bonus.
