Your role
As Manager on Duty (MOD) , you will be the operational leader on shift, ensuring the seamless day‑to‑day running of the hotel and delivering an exceptional guest experience across all departments. Acting as the main point of contact during your shift, you will coordinate operations, support department teams, resolve guest concerns, and ensure that our luxury service standards are consistently achieved.
What you will do:
- Oversee daily hotel operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service across all departments
- Act as the primary management representative on property in the absence of senior leadership




- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by proactively engaging with guests and resolving concerns with professionalism and care
- Coordinate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, Security, and other operational departments
- Monitor service standards, operational performance, and guest feedback to ensure continuous excellence
- Support and coach operational teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and service excellence
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety procedures, and operational standards
- Respond effectively to operational incidents and emergency situations, making informed decisions when required
- Complete daily operational reports, shift handovers, and incident documentation
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and the overall guest experience
