Field Sales Representative (m/w)
Your mission
Reporting to the Sales Management, you are responsible for developing new business and managing client accounts within your assigned territory. You play a key role in driving revenue growth by converting leads into long-term customers through direct, in-person prospection.
In this context, your main responsibilities are:
- Analyze your territory and identify business opportunities using market mapping tools
- Organize field sales prospection tours (door-to-door / on-site visits) and generate qualified appointments through direct contact
- Build your pipeline primarily through physical prospection: site visits, networking and trade events
- Conduct product demonstrations and defend the client's value proposition
- Manage the entire sales cycle through to completion
- Maintain a structured activity, with rigorous CRM follow-up, regular reporting and KPI monitoring once contact has been established




- Use digital tools (CRM, market mapping, internal processes) to organize and structure your territory, not to initiate contact
- Work with structured methods and collaborative tools like Notion for follow-up and reporting
- Share market feedback and collaborate with internal teams
- Represent the brand at congresses, trade shows and events

Your profile
You have a successful background in B2B field sales, with a strong focus on new business development through direct, in-person prospection, ideally in a fast-growing environment.
- Proven, hands‑on experience in B2B field prospection towards small companies physical visits, door-to-door, tours not digital/remote lead generation
- True hunter profile, used to opening new markets by going directly to the field
- Comfortable with technical products, software, or high-value solutions
- Excellent organization, autonomy, and results‑oriented
- Ease with digital
