2. What you’ll be doing
Your day-to-day as an Account Executive
- Working on your customer portfolio, evangelizing the Shakers model and increasing conversion and repeat rates.
- Being able to understand the pains and problems of companies and presenting the value proposition accordingly, generating confidence and helping them understand the value of working with top freelancers and Shakers.




- Executing Account-Based actions to generate successful projects and the responsibility of building and maintaining a stable relationship with top clients to identify new opportunities.
- Reporting, metrics, and analytics: Analytical and retrospective capability. Reporting your activities on a weekly basis and your key objectives achieved.
- Drawing insights and conclusions at the end of each week. Prepare and guarantee weekly and monthly sales forecast. Including account plans for your clients and strategic prospection.

- 2-7 years of work experience , in technology consulting, in sales in the tech sector of high AOV products or in startups/scaleups.
- Strong "hunting" and “farming” ability to develop a customer portfolio.
- Ambitious and eager to grow at full speed in the world of sales. Familiarity with technical sector jargon. A degree in engineering or a technical background a
