About the Role
Take on a pivotal role as a HR Generalist and make your mark across our diabetes business teams. As a key HR Business Partner, you'll play a crucial part in enhancing employee experiences while accelerating business success. This position is an exciting opportunity to work with MiniMed’s Diabetes business.
Responsibilities
- Provide HR support to the designated employee population within the region.
- Build and sustain trusted partnerships with people leaders, promoting world‑class HR practices.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to attract and retain top talent.
- Drive organizational development initiatives to strengthen business capabilities.
- Advise on compensation planning, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Champion an exceptional end‑to‑end employee experience.
- Coach and guide managers on a broad range of employee lifecycle matters.
- Support leaders through annual performance cycles,



ensuring consistency in goal setting and evaluations.
- Lead change management efforts, including communication planning and transition support.
- Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive culture.
- Utilize HR data analytics and metrics to assess organizational effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of progressive HR experience.
- Proven positive track record of working with business leaders.
- Ability to analyze complex data and drive fact‑based decision making.
- Strong coaching, consulting and influencing skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Medical device, Technology, Healthcare, or Consumer Product industry.
- Strong understanding of talent management, development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness best pract
