Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day running of the household to the highest standard — overseeing schedules, coordinating household staff, and ensuring every detail is in perfect order
Deliver a discreet, anticipatory, and highly personalised service to the principal and their guests — table service, wardrobe management, formal entertaining, and all personal needs
Coordinate and manage private events, dinners, and special occasions — liaising with external vendors, service providers, and the culinary team to ensure flawless execution
Manage household inventory, silver,



fine tableware, wine cellar, and luxury assets — ensuring everything is maintained, replenished, and presented to the highest standard
Travel with the principal as required, maintaining the same level of excellence across locations and adapting swiftly to new environments
Proactively identify and resolve any household or service issues before they impact the principal's experience — a problem-solver who acts quietly and effectively
Requirements
~4+ years of experience as a private butler or in a senior household management role for an HNW or UHNW principal — a proven track record in private service is essential
~ Fluency in both English and Spanish — essential for this role. Additional languages are a strong plus
