Join the Digital Solution Engineering team at BMC Helix as an Associate Solution Engineer. This early‑career role is idóneo for recent graduates or individuals with 1‑3 years of relevant experience who are excited to work at the intersection of enterprise technology and customer value.
Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Global, Regional and Digital Solution Engineering teams to support customer engagements through solution design and tailored presentations.
- Participate in customer discovery sessions to understand technical requirements and business goals.
- Deliver value‑driven demonstrations showcasing BMC Helix capabilities such as Agentic AI, intelligent automation, and cross‑domain service integration.
- Help design and configure proof‑of‑value.
- Communicate technical concepts—like containerized microservices, multi‑cloud/on‑prem deployments, and platform integrations—in a clear, business‑relevant way.
- Engage with internal product, sales, and strategy teams to align solutions with evolving customer needs.
- Stay current on trends in GenAI, ITSM, ITOM,



AIOps and enterprise digital transformation.

Qualifications
- Recent graduate or 1‑3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong technical foundation in IT service and operations management.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.
- Experience with or strong interest in AI/ML, hybrid/on‑prem deployments, and cloud‑native architectures.
- Fluency in German is a plus for managing the German market.

Compensation
The annual base salary range for this position is €30,000 – €50,000. Actual salaries depend on skills, experience, certifications and business needs. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.
