What You’ll Do
- Lead cross-functional teams (consultants, engineers, DS, designers...) in solving clients' most pressing AI transformation challenges




- Act as the key link between client stakeholders, consulting teams, and technical delivery squads, ensuring alignment across workstreams and translating business needs into actionable solutions
- Deploy BCG's proprietary GenAI and agentic AI assets
- Drive end-to-end program delivery across AI transformation initiatives ensuring quality, scope, and timelines
- Work across regulated, high-impact sectors — from scaling flagship GenAI use cases at a leading hospital group (clinical-pathway adherence, medical imaging optimization, patient-service virtual agent) to leading AI-first operating-model redesign for Power & Utilities clients across customer, network and corporate functions
- Engage and cultivate trust with high-level clients, shaping and delivering compelling data-driven narratives and vision-setting
- Champion professional growth within your team, fostering an inclusive culture of mentors
