We're Hiring – Maintenance Technician (Industrial Machinery & Collaborative Robots).
Schedule: Regular weekdays (with occasional weekend availability).
We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician with solid experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machinery. Experience with collaborative robots is a strong plus. The role supports a high-demand environment in the automotive sector , working closely with the process engineering team .
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and collaborative robots
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures to ensure minimal downtime
- Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives , proposing and implementing solutions to reduce breakdowns and increase equipment efficiency
- Identify root causes of recurring issues and collaborate on long-term corrective actions




- Cooperate with process and production engineers on technical interventions
- Occasionally support weekend shifts when required (not the standard schedule)
- Support basic PLC troubleshooting (knowledge required, programming not necessary)

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance in high-demand environments
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Ability to read technical drawings and electrical diagrams
- Familiarity with PLC-controlled equipment
- Experience with collaborative robots is a strong advantage
- Experience applying continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen, 5S, TPM, etc.)
- High resilience to pressure and fast-paced environments
- Intermediate to advanced level of English (spoken and written)
