We are searching for a highly motivated Legal Counsel to join the legal team and provide support to the Supply Chain and Operations functions. Based in Madrid and reporting directly to the Senior Counsel – Operations & Supply Chain, the successful candidate will work closely with procurement, supply chain, operations and other business stakeholders, providing pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice across a broad range of contractual and operational matters.

- Structuring, drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of agreements with suppliers and other third parties, including supply agreements, services agreements, non‑disclosure agreements and other commercial arrangements.
