Overview
Responsible for leading the paid media strategy across 11 international markets, acting as the key point of contact for both the client's central team and local market teams. This role combines strategic leadership, client relationship management, and performance oversight to ensure campaigns deliver against business objectives while maximizing return on investment.
The role requires a highly analytical,



commercially minded individual who can translate business goals into scalable media strategies while collaborating closely with planning, activation, and specialist teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the relationship with the client's central stakeholders while maintaining close collaboration with local market teams across 11 markets for Paid Media
- Monitor and oversee paid media performance across all markets, providing strategic recommendations based on data and business insights.
- Provide hands‑on campaign support for priority markets when required.
- Develop data‑driven optimization strategies focused on ROI, revenue growth, and media efficiency.
- Identify performance opportunities through data analysis and communicate actionable recommendations to client teams.
- Work closely to the Retail Media team understanding the client's Retail and Direct‑to‑Consumer (DTC) ecosystem, identifying opportunities to maximize performance across both business models.
