What will be your mission?
As a Marketing & Communications (MarCom) Trainee, you will support the Operational Marketing activities while learning how a hospitality Brand & Marketing department operates.



You will work closely with the Brand & Marketing team of both Tivoli Hotels & Resorts and the Colbert Collection.
What will you do?
- Assist in overseeing the hotels' strategic Marketing plan, learning how campaigns and initiatives are developed and executed.
- Support the preparation of presentations for internal meetings.
- Help monitor the marketing budgets, assisting with tracking expenses, forecasts and payments.
- Support project coordination with external design and creative agencies.
- Assist in creating marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, signage, and commercial documents.
- Help ensure brand guidelines are respected across all platforms and materials.
- Assist with content management on online platforms and offline communication materials.
